How to book with us
Please send all inquires or questions via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. This is the fastest and easiest way to contact us. Pricing & Availability
Pricing and date availability are guaranteed when our rental or service agreement is signed and a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid (full payment is due if less than $200). Full payment will be due 7 days before your event. At this time we accept payment via Venmo. Rental is not guaranteed until full amount is paid.
Delivery & Setup
Free delivery for locations within 15 miles of Owasso. If your event is outside of that range a travel fee of $2 per mile (both ways) will be added into your quote. We will take care of all set up and tear down and work closely with the client to ensure everything is displayed as desired on day of the event. Select items are eligible for customer pick up but may required a refundable security deposit. Balloons services are subject to a $50-$100 installation fee.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the client will forfeit their retainer but receive a full refund on the remaining balance if the booking is canceled at least 30 days prior to rental date. If the event is rescheduled, a credit of the deposit will remain in file for the new date.
